Autocycler: subsampled read sets

This archive contains the ONT read subsets used to generate the assemblies provided in the associated 'Autocycler: assemblies and reference genomes' dataset. Each subset represents ~50× coverage and was used as input to multiple long-read assembly tools during the Autocycler benchmarking study. Reads were basecalled with Dorado v0.9.5 using the sup-v5 model.See github.com/rrwick/Autocycler-paper for more details.
