dicompare schema: HC-ChiSep Validation Protocol (v1.0)

Acquisition protocol to validate HC-ChiSep (hollow-cylinder chi-separation with signal-derived fibre orientation) on real data. Four acquisitions: multi-echo GRE (QSM/R2*/orientation beat), multi-echo spin echo (R2' + MWF myelin reference), single-shell DTI (fibre-orientation ground truth), and T1w (segmentation/ROIs). Adapts the ISMRM QSM consensus (https://doi.org/10.1002/mrm.30006) and adds HC-ChiSep-specific requirements (long echo train, MESE-MWF, DTI-theta). Non-DICOM-checkable items (monopolar readout, reverse-PE b0, second head orientation, B0 recording, processing) are documented in each acquisition's detailed description.This is a dicompare validation schema.
