Meta Sociocracy (Meta S) is a governance framework designed for the post-hierarchy era. It builds upon the principles of sociocracy while moving beyond traditional nested circle structures to embrace structural equivalence, functional autonomy, and all-inclusive governance through the Meta Circle.
