资源简介:
Gastric Cancer (GC) remains a significant global cause of mortality, with projected new cases expected to rise to 1.8 million annually and deaths to 1.3 million by 2040 based on demographic projections. Previous study revealed that CBX4 was a vital oncogene that widely involved in tumor initiation and progression. Yet the biological role and underlying regulatory mechanism of CBX4 in GC progression remain unclear. Our study aims to explore the target genes or the relative signaling pathway of CBX4 and the underlying mechanism in the progression of GC. To investigate the regulatory mechanism of CBX4 in GC progression, the total RNA of HGC-27 cells transfected with Vector or CBX4-overexpressing plasmids was extracted and the next generation sequencing was performed to display the expressing profile difference between Vector and CBX4-overexpressing group.
