Population structure of Acinetobacter baumannii in Saudi Arabian hospitals with genomic epidemiology approaches

This project use advanced genomic epidemiology techniques to investigate the population structure of Acinetobacter baumannii in hospital settings across Saudi Arabia. By analyzing the genetic profiles of various strains, we aim to understand their distribution, evolution, and transmission dynamics within healthcare facilities. The findings from this study will be instrumental in developing effective strategies to control and prevent the spread of this pathogen in hospitals, ultimately enhancing patient safety and public health
