Gene expression profile in Jdp2KO MEF cells (CBX101). unidentified

Since JDP2 is known as a transcriptional factor, we examined the gene expression profile in Jdp2KO MEF cells with an oligo DNA microarray named as "Mouse" (Agilent technologies, Inc., Santa Clara, CA, USA). Total RNAs were extracted from WT MEF and Jdp2KO MEF, respectively, which were synchronized by starvation of serum for 48 h and then re-stimulated with 15% FCS in DMEM for 14 h.
