Vested Residential Developments

Includes approved and under review residential developments. An automated process combines a GIS polygon layer with data from the permitting system. Build out counts are calculated from building permits. PUD unit counts are hypothetical and based on acreage and density calculations. The count may not represent an accurate number for what is eventually built. Refer to active development plans for accurate lot counts. The initial unit count is not adjusted as developments are completed. Multi-family units completed counts are not adjusted until all buildings are completed. The data is automated and may contain overlap, gaps, and other inconsistencies.
