Melanoma dataset

Dataset description
Study population: all incident cases of invasive cutaneous malignant melanoma (CMM) recorded in the Veneto Cancer Registry (Registro Tumori del Veneto – RTV) in 2015 (1,050 cases) and 2017 (1,205 cases) for which the number of mitoses was available.
Study variables: sociodemographics (age and sex); clinico-pathological features (histological subtypes of CMM, tumor site, Breslow thickness, Clark level, CMM growth phase, ulceration, regression, tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL), mitotic count (number of mitoses per mm2, T, N, and M AJCC stages at diagnosis (8th edition), and the number of positive lymph nodes after sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB)).
