缺血性脑血管病队列生物样本数据库

本课题名称为“缺血性脑血管病队列研究”，为“十三五国家重点研发计划-精准医学研究”重点专项2016年“脑血管疾病专病队列研究”的第二个子课题。本课题产生缺血性脑血管病队列数据库3个，涵盖缺血性卒中的登记队列、临床试验、真实世界研究三种数据来源（共30448例），生物样本库1个（11261例），由以下4部分构成：
第一部分：中国卒中登记研究3（CNSR-3）队列（以下简称C3），共15166例（C3_15166_obs.sas7bdat文件）；
第二部分：疏血通注射液用于预防急性栓塞性卒中复发的研究数据库（以下简称SPACE），共2416例（SPACE_2416obs.sas7bdat文件）；
第三部分：天坛临床科研一体化缺血性卒中患者队列数据库，共12866例；（EHR_12866_obs.sas7bdat）；
第四部分：生物样本库，共11261例，均包含基线血液（C3_SAMPLE_11261obs.sas7bdat 文件）；
每个数据库对应一个sas7bdat格式文件和一个csv格式变量字典。

This study is titled "Cohort Study of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease", and it is the second sub-project of the 2016 "Specialized Cohort Study on Cerebrovascular Diseases" under the Key Special Program of the 13th Five-Year National Key R&D Program - Precision Medicine Research. This project has developed 3 ischemic cerebrovascular disease cohort databases, covering three data sources for ischemic stroke: registered cohort, clinical trial, and real-world study (totaling 30,448 cases), as well as 1 biobank (11,261 cases), which are composed of the following 4 parts:
Part 1: China National Stroke Registry 3 (CNSR-3) cohort (hereinafter referred to as C3), with a total of 15,166 cases (file: C3_15166_obs.sas7bdat);
Part 2: Database of the study on Shuxuetong Injection for preventing recurrence of acute embolic stroke (hereinafter referred to as SPACE), with a total of 2,416 cases (file: SPACE_2416obs.sas7bdat);
Part 3: Tian Tan Hospital's Integrated Clinical and Research Cohort Database for Ischemic Stroke Patients, with a total of 12,866 cases (file: EHR_12866_obs.sas7bdat);
Part 4: Biobank, with a total of 11,261 cases, all containing baseline blood samples (file: C3_SAMPLE_11261obs.sas7bdat);
Each database corresponds to one sas7bdat format file and one csv format variable dictionary.
