Complete Circular Genome Assembly of ESBL-producing E. coli of poultry and porcine origin from Cuba

Here, we provide the circular chromosome and plasmid(s) sequences of 32 commensal Extended Spectrum Beta-Lactamase-producing Escherichia coli isolated from food-producing animals (poultry and pigs) in Cuba. WGS was performed with MinION (Oxford Nanopore) and NovaSeq6000 (Illumina) platforms, and the genomes were assembled with hybrid pipelines.
