Data and code for 'Large-scale analogue quantum simulation using atom dot arrays'

This repository contains the datasets, Jupyter notebooks, and plotting scripts used to generate the figures in the paper 'Large-scale analogue quantum simulation using atom dot arrays'.

Repository Structure

Each figure has a corresponding folder with:- The data used to generate the figure- A Jupyter notebook to process and plot the data- Or a short reference to another figure / supplementary figure with data and notebook that produces the corresponding figure.

How to Use

To reproduce the figures:

Set up a Python virtual environment and install the required packages:

python3 -m venv .venv
source .venv/bin/activate # On Windows: .venv\Scripts\activate
pip install -r requirements.txt

Navigate to the folder for the figure of interest and open the notebook:

jupyter notebook

Run all cells in the notebook to generate the figure.
