Does Topical Oxygen Therapy Improve Complete Closure of Diabetic Foot Ulcers? A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis of Randomized Trials

This deposit contains the data and materials underlying the meta-analysis “Topical Oxygen Therapy Increases Complete Closure of Diabetic Foot Ulcers.” Contents include: (1) extraction workbook (healed/total per arm), (2) PRISMA flow and checklist, (3) risk-of-bias decisions (RoB 2) and study characteristics, (4) meta-analysis inputs  and figure-generation files for the forest plot, and (5) GRADE summary. Data are aggregate counts abstracted from published RCTs (excluding hyperbaric oxygen), with methods prespecified in the manuscript.Instructions to reproduce the pooled risk ratios and heterogeneity metrics are provided in the README.
