Dear Scientist!This database contains data collected due to conducting study: "Comparison of type II superlattice InAs/InAsSb barrier detectors operating in the mid-wave infrared range" funded by National Science Centre Poland (Grant reference 2022/45/B/ST7/01393). The file structure results from the output data obtained by different measurement methods (current-voltage characteristics, spectral response measurements). Four types of barrier detectors based on a type II InAs/InAsSb superlattice with a wide-gap barrier made of a solid AlInAsSb lattice matched to the GaSb buffer were analyzed. You can find a following folders and files:n+Bnn_I-V (.xlsx) - The set of characteristics (current-voltage and spectral response) of the n+Bnn detector.nBnn_I-V (.xlsx) - The set of characteristics (current-voltage and spectral response) of the nBnn detector.p+Bnn_I-V (.xlsx) - The set of characteristics (current-voltage and spectral response) of the p+Bnn detector.p+Bpn_I-V (.xlsx) - The set of characteristics (current-voltage and spectral response) of the p+Bpn detector.Good luck with your research!
