资源简介：
We generated whole genome sequences for 16 wild-caught Gough Island mice. We aimed to use this resource to infer demographic history, document allele frequencies and genomic signatures of selection, and to characterize correlations between recombination rate and genetic diversity. Gough Island mice are the largest wild house mice; therefore, this resource is of special interest for comparative studies with smaller strains.
