This study will deliver the first genome assembly of a single double-haploid zebrafish individual and therefore aid the improvement of the GRCz10 Tuebingen reference assembly. It also aids to establish the genome data pool accessible within the SAT strain. In addition, this study will be used to establish methods to generate haplotype-specific assemblies. The data gathered here will be merged with a discovar-denovo assembly from a study using the same sample.
