不同的场景下对灯具有着不一样的照明需求,例如对灯具能效等级的要求。通过采集用于上海铁路照明的投光灯的输入电压、电流、光通量和功率因子等参数测算得到EEI,从而确定灯具的能效等级,就可以明确灯具在上海铁路的照明需求,可以为厂商优化灯具设计方案提供数据支撑,提高灯具的节能性能和使用寿命。1.数据来源:在灯具出厂前,随机抽取用于上海铁路照明的投光灯成品,采集该路灯输入电压、电流、光通量和功率因子等参数。 2.数据处理(1)基于采集的参数对灯具进行能效等级EEI分析: EEI=IV*PF/Pref;其中PF是功率修正因子:Pref是灯的参考功率,Фuse为灯的有效光通量。当中Фuse<1300lm时:Pref=фuse的平方根乘以0.88的积再加上0.049 Фuse ;当Фuse≥1300lm时:Pref =0.07341Фuse (2)若EEI≤0.11,为A++级;0.11≤EEI≤0.17,为A+级;0.17≤EEI≤0.24,为A级;0.24≤EEI≤0.6,为B级:0.6≤EEI≤0.8,为C级;0.8≤EEI≤0.95,为D级;EEI>0.95,为E级。3.数据应用:能效指数是评估灯具能效的重要指标之一,灯具出厂前进行等效分析,以适配上海铁路照明应用场景下的照明需求;同时也可为厂商优化灯具设计方案提供数据支撑,提高灯具的节能性能和使用寿命。

Different application scenarios impose distinct lighting requirements on luminaires, including requirements for their energy efficiency ratings. By collecting parameters such as input voltage, current, luminous flux, and power factor of floodlights designated for Shanghai Railway lighting to calculate the Energy Efficiency Index (EEI) and determine the energy efficiency ratings of the luminaires, we can clarify the lighting demands of Shanghai Railway’s application scenarios, and provide data support for manufacturers to optimize luminaire design schemes, thereby improving the energy-saving performance and service life of the luminaires. 1. Data Source Prior to luminaire shipment, randomly select finished floodlights intended for Shanghai Railway lighting, and collect parameters including their input voltage, current, luminous flux, and power factor. 2. Data Processing (1) Conduct energy efficiency rating analysis for the luminaires using the collected parameters, with the formula for EEI as follows: EEI = (V × I × PF) / Pref; Here, V represents the input voltage, I represents the input current, PF is the power factor, Pref is the reference power of the luminaire, and Φ_use denotes the effective luminous flux of the luminaire. When Φ_use < 1300 lm: Pref = 0.88 × √Φ_use + 0.049 × Φ_use; When Φ_use ≥ 1300 lm: Pref = 0.07341 × Φ_use. (2) Energy efficiency rating classification: - Rating A++ if EEI ≤ 0.11; - Rating A+ if 0.11 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.17; - Rating A if 0.17 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.24; - Rating B if 0.24 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.6; - Rating C if 0.6 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.8; - Rating D if 0.8 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.95; - Rating E if EEI > 0.95. 3. Data Application The Energy Efficiency Index (EEI) is one of the key indicators for evaluating luminaire energy efficiency. Conducting EEI analysis before luminaire shipment helps meet the lighting requirements of Shanghai Railway’s application scenarios.
