Single-cell transcriptomic atlas of intestinal injury in colorectal cancer patients undergoing diverse clinical treatments

This project investigates the intestinal injury and tissue remodeling associated with different clinical treatment regimens in colorectal cancer patients. Using single-cell RNA sequencing, we profiled tumor-adjacent normal intestinal tissues to uncover epithelial, immune, and stromal cell changes under chemotherapy, chemoradiotherapy, and immunotherapy-combined treatments. The dataset provides a comprehensive resource for studying treatment-induced intestinal microenvironmental changes.
