Microbiological, basic, chemical and metal parameter results for raw water and treated water samples taken from a POU-DWTS during an 11 week field trial (FT1; Nov 2019 –Jan 2020).

Results shown are the calculated mean from the independent ISO 17025 accredited laboratory reports (n = 9 ±SD). Significant difference (Sig. diff) was calculated for the raw and treated water, this was undertaken through an unpaired two-tailed t-test, with a confidence interval of 95% (**** = p<0.0001; *** = p<0.001; ** = p<0.01; * = p<0.05; NS = not significant). Figures in bold represent values above accepted Drinking Water Inspectorate limits, and where the is no specified Drinking Water Inspectorate limit, this is represented by NA.
