WSDOT - Stormwater Roadside Slope Type - BMPs

This is a view of the RoadsideSlopeLine featureclass created with the following query: WHERE LifeCycleCurrentStatus= 'Active' AND (WSDOTownership in ('Yes', 'Unknown') OR WSDOTownership IS NULL) This feature class contains WSDOT’s stormwater roadside slopes as lines. The roadside slopes are that are documented by the Stormwater Features Inventory Group are limited to those that are designed and/or approved for use as a stormwater best management practice (BMP), such as vegetated filter strips. A roadside slope line documents the top portion of the slope as it extends along a state route.The majority of the data collected so far are within the Phase I and Phase II 2009 NPDES Municipal Stormwater Permit Areas.

本数据集为采用下述查询语句创建的路边斜坡线（RoadsideSlopeLine）要素类（featureclass）视图：查询条件为 LifeCycleCurrentStatus = 'Active'，且（WSDOT所有权（WSDOTownership）的取值为 'Yes'、'Unknown' 或为空值）。该要素类以线状要素形式收录WSDOT（华盛顿州运输部，Washington State Department of Transportation）所辖的暴雨管理路边斜坡。由暴雨管理要素清单工作组（Stormwater Features Inventory Group）建档的路边斜坡，仅限那些经设计或获批用作暴雨最佳管理实践（BMP, Best Management Practice）的对象，例如植被过滤带。路边斜坡线要素用于记录沿州级公路延伸的斜坡顶部沿线形态。截至目前收集的绝大多数数据，均处于2009年NPDES（国家污染物排放消除系统，National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System）市政暴雨排放许可的第一阶段与第二阶段覆盖区域内。
