Identification of sites bound by c-Jun and JunB transcription factors in the Karpas 299 ALK+ ALCL cell line

In order to identify sites bound by c-Jun/JunB in ALK+ ALCL, we performed ChIP-Seq on the Karpas 299 ALK+ ALCL cell line. Overall design: Karpas 299 cells grown to exponential phase and cell pellets were sent to Active Motif (Carlsbad, CA) for ChIP-Seq analysis to identify sites bound by the c-Jun and JuNB transcription factors. Sequences were aligned to the hg19 build of the human genome and peak calling was done with MACS 2.1.0.50.
