Efficacy and Safety of Butyrate Supplementation in Rheumatoid Arthritis

To explore the effect of butyrate on intestinal epithelial cells in collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) mouse model, we conducted Single-Cell RNA Sequencing profiling of intestinal tissue in response to butyrate treatment. Overall design: The whole intestinal from two mice (one mice from each group: CIA, and Butyrate) were disassociated to isolate the cells for single cell RNA-Sequencing (scRNA-Seq).
