Gut microbiota of MASLD mice model

This project contains 16S rRNA gene sequencing data from the gut microbiota of mouse models of MASLD induced by a high-fat diet. The dataset was generated to investigate the impact of pharmacological intervention on the composition and structure of the gut microbiome in this disease model. The sequencing data will be used to analyze how Glehniae Radix polysaccharide modulate the intestinal microbial community, providing insights into the gut-liver axis and the potential mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effects of the intervention in MASLD.
