Emmy Noether: canonical working German corpus and multilingual translations

Six stable CJK QA records are also restored without a status upgrade. slavic-old.zip adds 81 exact Interslavic normalization/lineage records and five original-print Paper 4 evidence images. Current v014 Russian, Ukrainian, Interslavic-Latin, and Interslavic-Cyrillic readers are byte-identical. The evidence is not community-certified and not independently sentence-level German certified.
