Flax rust effector transient expression in flax leaves RNA seq

To investigate theinfluence of Flax rust effectors on gene expression when transiently overexpressed in flax leaves. Overall design: Agrobacterium containing expression constructs for different flax rust effectors, or an empty vector control, were infiltrated into flax leaves of six week old plants. Infiltrated leaves were harvested at either 24 or 72 hours after infiltration.
