scRNA-seq data of CD8+ T cells isolated from control and DHEA-treated mice

To determine the changes in CD8+ T cells upon DHEA treatment, we performed scRNA-seq to analyze the CD8+T cell in C57BL/6 mice subjected to DHEA induced PCOS model. Overall design: C57BL/6 mice subjected to DHEA induced PCOS model. To obtain CD8+ T cells, spleen tissues were minced and grinded in pre-cold FACS buffer (PBS containing 1% FBS), followed by filtration through a 70 µm cell strainer. After removing red blood cells resuspended with ACK lysis buffer, CD8+ T cells were isolated by magnetic beads and pooled using the 10× Genomics platform and sequenced on an Illumina NextSeq sequencer.
