Microbiota analyses of seven wooden boards obtained from three cheese makers in Wisconsin (United States). It includes either native boards after cheese ripening or sanitized boards. Cheese boards from cheese maker one were made of cedar. Boards from cheese maker two were made of pine. And boards from cheese maker three were made of pine.
