The geometric twist of neural manifolds

1) This file contains the code, dataset and some intermediate results for figure in "From Sensory to Perceptual Manifolds: The Twist of Neural Geometry". 2) The code is based on matlab-2017b & 2022b and jupyter. 3) For more details, please see readme in each folder. 4) We modified readme compared version 1 mainly caused by changing figure sequence. Version 1 is corresponding to earliest bioRxiv preprints,https://doi.org/10.1101/2023.10.02.559721. 5) This version we deleted readme information of fixation relevant code, becasue new version article have deleted this part of supplementary results. The earliest bioRxiv preprints had relevant results, https://doi.org/10.1101/2023.10.02.559721. And corresponding code information are in version 1.
