RNA-sequencing of human mammary epithelial cells (HMLEs) engineered to express either ER or ER-SOX4 with and without 4-OHT to induce nuclear translocation

Through RNA-sequencing we analysed the differentially expressed genes upon inducible activation of SOX4. Overall design: RNA-sequencing of human mammary epithelial cells (HMLEs) that were lentivirally transduced with vectors that contain expression cassettes with either a tamoxifen-inducible partial EstrogenReceptor (ER) or a fusion between ER and SOX4 (ER-SOX4). Both lines were analyzed with and without activation by nuclear translocation with 4OH-tamoxifen.
