Order of internship in the apparatus of the Economic Court of Kyiv

General regulations on the organization and internship in the office of the Commercial Court of Kyiv for the purpose of professional development, familiarization with the activities of the court apparatus, gaining practical experience: state officials; persons applying for the position of assistant judge; citizens from among young people who are citizens of Ukraine under the age of 35, with the presence of an educational qualification level not lower than the junior bachelor's degree, in particular those who receive higher education of the first (bachelor's), second (master's), third (educational-scientific) and scientific levels of higher education or received higher education and are not in public service.\r\n基辅商业法院办公室实习组织通用规定，旨在助力相关人员实现职业发展、熟悉法院机构运作、获取实践经验，适用人群包括：国家公职人员；应聘法官助理职位的人员；年龄不超过35岁的乌克兰青年公民，且需具备不低于初级学士学位的教育资格，具体涵盖正在接受高等教育第一（学士）、第二（硕士）、第三（教育科学）层级及高等教育科学层级学习的人员，或是已取得高等教育学历且未从事公职的人员。
