SNP markers associated with malic acid content in tomato identified via GWAS using EMMAX, fastlm and GEMMA models

This dataset contains significant SNP markers associated with malic acid content in tomato, identified by genome-wide association study (GWAS) using the EMMAX, fastlm, and GEMMA models. It includes information on SNP name, chromosome position, P-value, -log10(P), and allelic genotypes for 200 tomato accessions.
