To investigate the function and characterization of MAIT cells in HDs and patients with HSP, CD3+ hMR1-5-OP-RU tetramer+ MAIT cells together with conventional CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells from peripheral blood of 20 patients with HSP and 4 HDs were sorted and pooled for deep scRNA-seq.
