Escherichia coli Strains Used for Bacteriophage Isolation

This project contains raw sequencing data of 18 Escherichia coli strains that were used as hosts for bacteriophage isolation. The sequencing data will support future studies on bacterial diversity, host range specificity, and phage-host interactions. The dataset includes whole-genome sequencing reads generated using high-throughput sequencing technologies, which can be utilized for comparative genomic analyses and bacterial characterization.
