Moleculo short reads and long synthetic reads for SV group of 1000GP

DNA fragments were prepared for sequencing using Illumina's Synthetic Long Read (aka Moleculo) kits and procedure. The resulting fragments were sequenced by Illumina Inc. using HiSeq2500 Sequencers. Synthetic Long Reads were generated using Illumina's Long Read Assembler. This was done individually 25 times for each individual. Resulting Long Reads were aligned to GRCh38 using LAST aligner.
