2021-2022年中国第38次南极科学考察期间，开展了走航海冰冰情人工观测。观测时间为2021年12月3日-2022年3月4日，每天于UTC时间6:00、12:00、18:00进行观测。本数据内容包括日期、时间、经度、纬度、冰密集度、冰厚、冰发展阶段、冰密集度、海冰类型等参数及备注。
During the 38th Chinese National Antarctic Scientific Expedition (2021–2022), manual shipborne sea ice condition observations were carried out. The observation period ran from December 3, 2021 to March 4, 2022, with three observations conducted daily at 06:00, 12:00, and 18:00 UTC. This dataset includes parameters such as date, time, longitude, latitude, sea ice concentration, ice thickness, ice development stage, sea ice concentration, sea ice type, as well as remarks.
