Tropomyosin 1 deficiency facilitates cell state transitions and enhances hemogenic endothelial cell specification during hematopoiesis

The goal of this study was to determine the developmental stage(s) and mechanisms by which Tropomyosin 1 impacts hematopoiesis. Overall design: Genome-edited induced pluripotent stem cells were analyzed at the indicated time points during hematopoietic differentiation and compared to isogenic wild type controls. We analyzed 4 replicates at each time point.
