(ii) To identify the factors which enable women to perform the professional role successfully in a male-dominated profession.<br>
(iii) To identify the specialities in which women barristers and solicitors work, together with other features of their professional practice; also to ascertain the extent to which the practice of women lawyers differs from that of men.<br>
(iv) To suggest ways in which female participation may be facilitated in other male-dominated professions.
