"The dataset used in this study originates from Haodf.com, a renowned Chinese online healthcare platform, encompassing disease knowledge and real patient consultation data. The data primarily consists of two categories:(1) Disease and Symptom Data: Includes diseases across various specialties and their associated symptoms, categorized into Internal Medicine (neike_symptoms.json), Surgery (waike_symptoms.json), Pediatrics (erkexue_symptoms.json), Obstetrics and Gynecology (fuchankexue_symptoms.json), Infectious Diseases (chuanranbingke_symptoms.json), Psychiatry and Psychology (jingshenxinlike_symptoms.json), Stomatology (kouqiangkexue_symptoms.json), Andrology (nanke_symptoms.json), Dermatology and Venereology (pifuxingbingke_symptoms.json), Ophthalmology (yankeue_symptoms.json), Oncology (zhongliuke_symptoms.json), Traditional Chinese Medicine (zhongyixue_symptoms.json), and other specialties, totaling over ten branch files. Each file contains disease names, affiliated departments, sub-departments, typical symptom keywords, and structured descriptions, used to construct medical knowledge graphs and symptom-disease association models.(2) Consultation Data: The file all_consults.json aggregates authentic online consultation records from patients on the Haodf.com platform. It includes patient chief complaints, medical history descriptions, physician responses, and diagnostic recommendations, providing corpus support for training and evaluating symptom extraction, disease matching, and triage decision models.The total dataset size is approximately 15 MB, encompassing thousands of disease and symptom entries and tens of thousands of consultation samples. This dataset provides a robust foundation for subsequent research in structured information extraction, knowledge graph construction, symptom-disease matching, and intelligent triage decision support."
