whole transcriptome sequencing of exosomes derived from inflammatory and normal osteoclasts in the bone marrow of mice

We used the RNA-seq to explore the differentially expressed genes in exosomes derived from inflammatory and normal osteoclasts. Through the enriched pathways, we can deepen explain the phenotypic differences inflammatory osteoclasts between exosomes and osteoclasts exosmes.
