资源简介:
This data product contains (1) maps of tree biomass estimates (kg m-2) derived from airborne laser scanning data, (2) maps of estimated annual fuel deposition and root turnover (kg m-2 yr-1) , (3) surface and ground fuel loading (kg m-2) estimated for year 2022, and (4) a vector layer of the experimental burns of the Osceola National Forest Macon Fire experimental burns that were established in 1958. The experiment was established to evaluate the effects of fire return intervals (FRI) on fuel accumulation. The maps included in this data product are inputs and outputs at 5 m spatial resolution from the study of Sánchez-López et al. (2025), which describes the methodology to map surface fuel loading (litter and downed woody debris) and duff loading (i.e., partially to highly decomposed organic material) using the Yasso20 model. The full methodology and accuracy assessment are fully described in Sánchez-López et al. (2025).
