资源简介:
The complete chloroplast genome sequence of Indocalamus tongchunensis, firstly determined, is 139,777 bp in length, including a couple of inverted repeat (IR, 21,818 bp) regions separated by a small single copy (SSC, 12,874 bp) and a large single copy (LSC, 83,267 bp). A total of 131 functional genes (i.e., 85 CDS, 38 tRNA genes and 8 rRNA genes) is encoded, and the total GC content is 38.9%. The phylogenetic analysis shows that I. tongchunensis is highly clustered in the Shibataea clade (IV) of Arundinarieae, being sister to the clade of Gelidocalamus tessellatus + Ferrocalamus rimosivaginus.
