This dataset presents the mechanical and durability performance of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) incorporating treated recycled coarse aggregates (RCA) and an optimized quaternary binder blend of 56 % Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) + 15% Fly Ash(FA) + 25% Ground Granulated Blast furnace Slag(GGBS) + 4% Silica Fume (SF)<b>.</b>RCA was modified using four surface treatments, sodium silicate, silica fume - cement slurry ,hydrochloric acid(HCl), and sulphuric acid(H<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>4</sub>)<b>,</b>to improve the interfacial transition zone and reduce porosity. Tests covered compressive strength, flexural strength, water absorption, water penetration depth and charge passed (RCPT)for replacement levels of 20–100%. The combined use of mineral and chemical treatments significantly enhanced strength and durability compared to untreated RCA, with the silica fume–cement slurry and sodium silicate methods showing the best overall performance.<br><br>
