资源简介:
This work has been published in Rembert, F., Jougnot, D., Luquot, L., Guérin, R. (2022) Interpreting self-potential signal during reactive transport: application to calcite dissolution and precipitation, Water, 14(10), 1632, doi:10.3390/w14101632. We present a dataset of geo-electrical monitoring of an experiment of calcite dissolution and precipitation in a column filled with calcite grains and equipped with two current electrodes at its extremities and four aligned measurement electrodes on its side (P1, P2, P3, and P4). This dataset comprises measurements of spectral induced polarization (SIP), self-potential (SP), inlet and outlet pore water electrical conductivity (EC), room temperature, and outlet pore water ionic concentrations, pH, and alkalinity. The experiment is divided into 3 stages: initialization, dissolution, and precipitation. These experimental stages are mentioned in SIP filenames as “init”, “HCl”, and “precip”, respectively. SIP is acquired on four channels: channels 1, 2, and 3 correspond to portions of the column at the upstream (P1-P2), middle (P2-P3), and downstream (P3-P4), channel 4 corresponds to a mean value (P1-P4). Each data file is in the .csv format and the logic of the filename is: “SIP-year-month-day-experimental-stage-number”.csv SP is acquired on three channels (P1-P4, P2-P4, and P3-P4) using the total field method with the last electrode (P4) as the reference electrode. Each data file is in the .txt format and the logic of the filename is: “SP-time-period”.txt
