This dataset includes analyses of an RNA sequencing study of the Drosophila melanogaster larval fat body transcriptome following selection and infection treatments with Leptopilina boulardi wasps. Also provided are encapsulation rate analyses of outbred D. melanogaster larvae, hemocyte gene expression analysis, gene ontology enrichment analysis, and GFP fluorescence reporter analysis.
