snRNA-seq dataset of 17 treatment-naive human PDAC patient-derived tumors

This is a human single nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNAseq) repository of human primary pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) tumor tissues of 17 (deidentified) treatment-naive patients. The goal of this study was to thoroughly characterize the tumor microenvironment in human primary PDAC.
