Study title: B Cells Promote T Cell Immunosenescence and Mammalian Aging Parameters - B and T Cell Singlet and PIC Single Cell RNA Seq

The goals of this experiment were two-fold: 1) To understand changes in splenic B and T cells at the transcriptomic level, and 2) to identify unique physically interacting B-T cells and their molecular signatures in young and aged mice. Singlet B/T cells and B-T PICs were isolated from the spleens of WT aged mice and young controls via fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and subsequently analyzed using single cell RNA sequencing.
