In situ sampling uncovers seasonal variability in community structure and metabolism of active deep-sea microbes

This dataset comprises the Metagenomic Assembled Genomes (MAGs) utilized in the research project titled "In situ sampling uncovers seasonal variability in community structure and metabolism of active deep-sea microbes." This dataset includes files ending with .faa that contain the amino acid sequences for each MAG, as well as files ending with .txt specifically contain the annotation information for each MAG based on alignment with the KEGG database.
