Belgian Cancer Registry: Oncology Care Programs

As described in the Health Act of 13 December 2006 and the Royal Decree related to norms for oncological care programmes, all new cancer diagnoses, whether or not discussed at an MOC, must be registered using the standard cancer registration form, as described in the Belgian Official Journal of 14/10/2010. The standard registration form must be sent to the advising physician, even if the case is not discussed at a MOC.根据2006年12月13日《健康法案》及与肿瘤护理规范相关的皇家法令要求，所有新发癌症确诊病例，无论是否经多学科肿瘤会诊（MOC）讨论，均需采用2010年10月14日《比利时官方公报》中规定的标准癌症登记表完成登记。即便该病例未经过MOC讨论，标准癌症登记表也必须送交接诊医师。
