Online shopping penetration during and post PSBB in Indonesia 2020

A survey conducted on online shopping in 2020 in Indonesia found that there was an increase in online shopping penetration of 18 percent during the time of survey. In the second quarter of 2020, the leading online stores in Indonesia, Shopee and Tokopedia, reported growth in transactions and amount of sellers since the beginnings of COVID-19 in Indonesia.
