Dataset for "Effects of dietary soybean saponin on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, and hemolymph responses in juvenile Pacific white shrimp, Penaeus vannamei"

This dataset contains the raw and derived data supporting the study “Effects of dietary soybean saponin on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, and hemolymph responses in juvenile Pacific white shrimp, Penaeus vannamei.” Juvenile P. vannamei were fed diets containing 0, 4, 8, or 12 g kg−1 of a soybean-derived saponin preparation for 63 days. Three replicate tanks were used per dietary treatment, with 20 shrimp initially stocked per tank. The dataset includes tank-level growth performance, feed conversion ratio, survival, apparent digestibility data, and individual hemolymph measurements of AST, ALT, SOD, and lysozyme.
