Common stat per determinant site

Columns:

group - encephalitic or hemorrhagic disease form;
pos_in_polyprot - number of position relative to an entire polyprotein;
pos_in_gene - number of position relative to a gene;
gene - locus name;
aa - amino acid residue; 
proportion_relative_to_the_group_%  - proportion of an allele in the alignment column relative to a group;
num_of_seq_with_mut   - number of sequenses contaning a specific allele;

For example, the first line in the tab means that in the gene M (site position is 9 in the gene and 123 in the protein), 87 % of seqineces (or 197 sequences) in the encephalitic group (enc) contain residue K.
